Shipping & Returns
How we process, ship and handle returns for retail and wholesale orders.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days of confirmed payment. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Bangladesh)
Delivery within Bangladesh is made through trusted courier partners and typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days of dispatch, depending on location. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
International and Bulk Shipping
International, wholesale and export shipments are arranged by air or sea and quoted per order based on volume, weight and destination. Incoterms are confirmed on the proforma invoice.
Returns Eligibility
Retail items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except where an item is faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Innerwear, customised or made-to-order pieces, wholesale and bulk orders, and clearance items are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
